Great support for a first-time home buyer

Kat Kosmala and her team were amazing through every step of the home buying process - from the first message offering their service to closing day, they were readily available to answer any questions that came up. Kat provided an in-depth guide of Oklahoma City and the surrounding towns, with pros and cons of each area which is a great resource for new OKC residents. We are out of state, first-time home buyers so we had a lot to learn about the timeline and different steps that are involved in the closing process of a house and Caitlin went over this in detail in our first call to establish what we were looking for. We ultimately chose a home that Caitlin toured for us via 360-video. The video, along with her honest thoughts and feedback about the house made us comfortable enough to place an offer on it without being physically present. Kat & Caitlin gave us all the support and their knowledge we needed to shape our offer and then subsequently help us come up with a realistic treatment and repair plan prior to taking ownership of the house. Brittani had all the needed appointments scheduled quickly and gave us a heads up every time a document was going to be sent for review/signatures so that nothing would be held up on our end during the process. They made the entire process seamless and less stressful than I was expecting and I would wholeheartedly recommend this group to anyone looking for a home!
