Kat has very extensive knowledge on buying homes. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I have bought and sold several homes and Kat is at top of that list. She listened and took our wants and needs to heart…even though we gave some pretty difficult expectations. We had a difficult closing all due to the seller trying to get away with some pretty shady stuff. Kat kept her calm and helped us make the best decisions and even offered to take care of some things personally that she probably didn’t need to. I can not recommend her and her team enough. She is also a military family which is a benefit in my opinion.
