I would absolutely choose Kat 100 times over if I needed to! She was able to get us into our dream home in 30 days, under budget, and in a great neighborhood for resale value (military lifestyle). Being a milspouse herself, she understood my needs as well as my active duty husbands! She is a tough negotiator and knows exactly what to say to bring the price down and/or amend the contract.
