I am admittedly someone who likes to over-prepare, so we met with Karla months before we even planned to get pre-approved for a mortgage. After hearing her knowledge of the market, we ended up getting pre-approved and starting the buying process earlier than expected. She was always a text or a quick phone call away- responding within minutes. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Karla put our minds at ease and helped us get a beautiful move-in ready home. Since this was our first house purchase, we didn’t want to pass on an inspection-She helped us move our inspection up and it was done within 3 days. She even helped us when there was a gap with our appraisal. I cannot recommend Karla and Sara enough- they are efficient, knowledgeable, caring, and will fight for your interests. From the day we went to see the house / see if we liked it in person to the day we closed and had keys in hand, it took 34 days (31 days after our offer was accepted and we were moved into our house 35 days after we saw it initially).
