Karla Karamol was an amazing agent! She helped me close on my 1st home purchase within 3 weeks. She was very helpful at answering any questions I had, and her entire team was so supportive along the way. She definitely took the time to ensure I was purchasing the best home that fit my needs. She was always on time (even early) for all showing appointments, and would walk me through the home giving feedback on the pros and cons of the space. She periodically reached out to me to inform me of where we were along in the mortgage approval and closing process on the home to ensure we were meeting our timelines.
