Changing locations is never easy especially selling a house when the market has slowed down. Then finding your dream home can be time consuming and frustrating. To take the dread out of this process is a Real Estate agent who is enthusiastic, energetic and experienced. For us Kari Wahl was that special agent. Through her weekend "open house "she in a relative short period of time not only found a buyer but a buyer with a cash offer. In the meantime after taking an inventory of our desire's in a new home she worked tirelessly to set up reviews of homes. We sold our house this summer. I must say it was a touch and go sale as we witnessed a significantly slow market with many houses on sale and not as many buyers. Kari brought enormous energy and go attitude to our job. She was relentless in using all marketing channels and following up with the buyers through this long process. We loved her polite and professional style. As busy as she always is, she is amazingly responsive. In this long selling process she took a lot of behind the scenes actions to see us through this.. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that it would have been very difficult, if not impossible, to sell this house without her help.

My husband and I were looking for homes quite sometimes. After speaking to several different agents we decided on Kari. She had a great knowledge of real estate in Pleasanton and Dublin area, and we really liked her professionalism and strategy buying/selling homes. She was great throughout the entire home buying experience but three memorable instances come to mind. First, after putting in a bid on a home we really liked, we received a counter offer. I had given Kari the maximum value we were willing to pay. I think there would have been many other agents who would have been content placing counter offer that meets the client's request. But Kari on her own, figured out a way to save us money and placed a smart offer that was below the maximum amount we were willing to counter. Second, she has a great network of resources. I'm sure there are other agents with plenty of resources but the quality of resources Kari suggested was really high. Whether they were inspectors or contractors, I could tell they were very professional and punctual. I felt really comfortable using the resources Kari suggested. Thirdly, I really liked how detailed she was. She made sure nothing was missed and thought out. Any small detail I knew I wanted but didn't think of at the time, she made sure they were taken care of. Lastly, she works with a really good group of people. Kari's team she was working with, you can tell they work well together by how quickly and smoothly they worked. I loved their efficient execution and creativity to make sure I got the result I wanted. Buying home is often long and stressful process. Kari made sure my experience was least stressful as possible and was a really good sport about dealing with some of my difficult requests at times. I really loved working with Kari and will work with her on any home selling/buying in the future. I can't recommend Kari high enough for anyone looking for the best agent in the area.
