Our intent was to find an agent we can trust as first time home owner. With the transparent and professional communications, Kari built that trust and she was always a very good guide in our decision making process. There are lot of things that need to be done even before looking at houses. Kari was diligent, detail oriented with a strong team that helped us get the house to market quickly. Kari helped setup all the inspections before the house came on the market. She provided us with list of multiple inspectors / repair people that we could choose from if we needed help. So we were able to quickly get the minor repairs for roof, paint, pest etc. done. She even suggested some moving companies from which we chose one. This was done on a very tight schedule as we moved and then got all the repairs to the house done in about a week. Kari created a very compelling web listing and printed collateral with drone shots and professional photographers and staging. We only paid for the staging and all the other promotional work was covered by Kari. Once the house was on the market Kari did multiple open houses every week for 2 months and kept up appraised of the status after each. During the closing of the sale, Kari was always available and negotiated effectively on our behalf. The final offer was accepted on Christmas Day and Kari let us know even on that day !

We met Kari in 2020 when we started the search for a home in the Pleasanton / San Ramon area and asked her to show us homes with factors that fit our criteria. Although the market was very effervescent at that time, Kari identified a number of homes in a short period of time.
