Karen Wojnar

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to express my gratitude as Karen helped my husband and I find the home of our dreams in Cape Coral. She not only knows the market but also takes the time to research the homes she’s showing. I found Karen to be very patient as I tend to have difficulty making huge decisions. This was our first home and I needed someone to literally hold my hand while walking me through the process. Karen was that person for me as she always answered my calls and emails and never made me feel like my questions were silly. She is very honest and detailed in her explanations on not only the houses but the communities as well. Thank you again Karen Wojnar!
