Danene began her dynamic Real Estate Career In 2004 in Westchester County, New York. For the next 11 years, she maintained dual licenses between New York and Connecticut while obtaining her Third Real Estate license when moving to Florida in 2014. As an Avid Golfer, Boat Owner, and Prior Fitness Trainer, Danene thrives among the Florida Sun. Danene, went above and beyond. I highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable.

If you want the job done hire Danene. She’s extremely professional and knowledgeable in her field. Also, she’s extremely empathetic. Really listening to your needs. I interviewed several realtors and by far she exceeded all my expectations. I am forever grateful for holding my hand through this entire experience. She made it very stress-free for me. Considering my situation. Again, she’s probably one of the best if not the best in the area.

Under contract quickly

Danene was fantastic. We priced the home competitively and got some decent activity. Wanted it to go fast so we did a price reduction about 10 days in and within a week we were under contract. She was also able to negotiate an extended close to give us time to get out.

Excellent communication, a smooth sales experience

Danene was great to work with. From start to finish this was an easy process and ended up with us owing our dream home. The communication was prompt at all times and we always knew what was going on with the sale process. Highly recommend Danene if you're looking for your new home in SW FL!

Professional, very friendly, gave her our vision and she ran with it

We connected with Danene to help us secure our second home. We let Danene know our vision and she ran with it. She was always prompt, friendly and very professional. Appreciate all her help, we were able to look at several houses, put in an offer and be in our new home within 60 days. Majority of this was done remotely. Danene was instrumental in negotiating through a couple difficult items like a pro. We appreciate all her hard work!

Professional, No stress experience from the first phone call.

So I was prepared for stress and headaches looking for and purchasing a home for my 92 year old Mother. From the first Phone call Danene told me she would handle all and that’s exactly what she did.
