Additionally she had numerous contacts to help us prepare the house for sale, including minor repairs, cleaning and sprucing up the yard (even cleaning the garage and hauling trash away). Karen helped me out so much. My house had been listed with another agent for 6 months and I didn’t have any action on it. I reached out to Karen and she convinced me to give her a chance and show me what she can do. Once she listed it she helped me get my house ready, told me everything I needed to do and we accepted an offer a week later!
