Karen helped me out so much. My house had been listed with another agent for 6 months and I didn’t have any action on it. I reached out to Karen and she convinced me to give her a chance and show me what she can do. Once she listed it she helped me get my house ready, told me everything I needed to do and we accepted an offer a week later!
