Karen is awesome, and a must to with with in Liberty Park. She showed us homes not yet on the market, and when our bid required a non-contingent contract she sold our house with one phone call, the same day without ever listing and for asking price. After our a/c went out the second week at the new house she used her relationship with the warranty company to cover the repair. We love our home and wouldn't have it without her.
