Karen Polivka, PA

Karen was an exceptional agent to work with, especially as first-time homebuyers! She maintained fantastic communication throughout the entire process. While touring properties, she helped us figure out what features mattered the most to us and focus on them. Thanks to her guidance, the moment we walked into our now-home, we knew instantly it was the one! Karen helped us pull everything together and submit a competitive offer that same day. Always available to answer our questions, she patiently explained every step of the journey. She even went above and beyond by scheduling our inspection early, giving us plenty of time to make informed decisions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend working with her!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Karen to purchase our first home! From the very beginning, she was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. She was always quick to respond, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made sure we felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but Karen made the experience so much easier and truly enjoyable. We’re so grateful for all of her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Karen was a joy to work with. Excellent communicator, with strong knowledge of the local market. Took the time to understand what our wants and needs were. Went above and beyond in our search and helped us thru a challenging closing process, most times having to do her job along with the listing agent who was useless. Always the professional, truly cared about us and our goal of finding a second home. Highly recommend!

Karen is a great real estate agent. She’s very knowledgeable about the houses in Coral Ridge as well as the Landings . She was able to answer all of our questions and concerns that we had about selling the house. I will definitely use her again when I buy or sell my next property.

Karen was an absolute delight to work with and she made the process of selling our home easy. She walked us through every step and was present for all important steps. Karen went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and armed with the knowledge we needed to move through the next steps of the process. I am so thankful that Karen was recommended to us by good friend and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in South Florida. You will not easily find the qualities that Karen possesses - warmth, kindness, genuine care, along with up-to-date knowledge in her field.

I've bought and sold over 10 homes in my life. This last transaction in Jan 2024 was my most difficult but Karen went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. one more time.... WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND!! thank you!!!
