Karen was what I was looking for in a realtor. She had a lot of knowledge about the housing market, the area in which my home was being sold and the issues we would have to address during the sale. From our first visit, she impressed me with her attitude and the desire to try and help me sale my home. The home I was selling was a little older home so I knew there would be problems that would need to be addressed.
