Karen was able to get our house sold within two weeks at a much higher price than i had originally envisioned. It was a result of two weekends of her holding open houses that brought the customer in. That worked really well.
She was a 120% dedicated to keeping me informed of in-state and out-of-state people that wanted to see the house in a timely fashion.
