Southern California native Karen Jones’ professional career began on the business end of the music business. For over twenty years, she worked in sales, marketing, and music licensing before discovering her true niche in the real estate world. Karen’s business acumen and attention to detail have served both buyers and sellers well, but it's her personality and nature that directed her toward her specialty: working with senior clients.
Jones is a designated Senior Real Estate Sales specialist (SRES®) and is passionate about helping older clients through transitional real estate phases. As our industry shifts and agents try to capture a younger audience, careful service for seniors can fall by the wayside. It takes a particular level of empathy, communication, and patience that Karen has mastered and practices daily.
From the logistical hurdles like estate planning, assistance with packing and moving, and project management to the emotional work of being a soothing, reassuring, and knowledgeable guide, Karen is dedicated to the clientele who need hand holding without condescension.
