In a very competitive market, they quickly honed in our needs. More importantly, they were right on top of things, getting us into properties immediately as they came on the market. Their knowledge of the market was exceptional. Even though we regularly checked for new properties on all of the home buyer apps, they located the perfect property before we were able to, as soon as it became available, and we were lucky to ultimately purchase it. Navigating the post-offer experience: Karen and Jennifer were extremely clear and detail oriented. They offered very clear guidance and recommendations for each phase of the process (inspection, etc.). They went above and beyond to make these happen, and even worked with us to help speed up the closing date. Working with your agent: Karen and Jennifer were an absolute pleasure to work with. They took a personal interest in our family and needs. They stayed in regular contact even after the property closed. We cannot recommend them more highly!
