Karen was our agent when we sold our house is a very difficult market in 2010. She worked incredibly hard to present and sell our house. She was responsive to everything that we asked her to do and scheduled open houses and viewing by potential buyers around our schedules. We had never sold a house before and she expertly and compassionately took us through the process from the beginning through closing. Our house sold in less than two months and I am sure it had to do with her diligence and attention to every detail. I would recommend her services to anyone that is selling or buying a property of any kind.
