We've been in our new home for just over a year, about twice as long as it took us to find/buy it. We looked at a zillion houses but only found 1 home. Karen was/is tenacious, patient and certainly not shy about letting you know when you're off the mark. Honest, full of integrity and she actually cares. Wow, what a rare combination. We'll always consider her a friend and couldn't recommend her more highly.

Karen listened to what I wanted and suggested I check areas I was unaware of. (I ended up buying in one of them.) She didn’t try to move me out of my comfort zone price-wise. She stayed on top of things when the long process of the short sale was happening and prodded others when needed. She was available almost any time that I called her and answered any question that I had. I've had no buyer's remorse and am happy with the home I bought.

Karen was exemplary in all 10 of your guidelines and much more. She always made us feel like we were important to her. We were from out of town and needed a special home. She worked so hard to find the right one and fought for us all the way.

Aside from a 5 star review, Karen was instrumental in helping me get a house. My credit score was definitely an issue which made it difficult for me to get a house but Karen never gave up on finding my perfect home. Thanks So Very Much Karen, YOU ROCK!!-Gloria
