She never stops working for you. Always has the answer or a way to get it. I have purchased two homes with her ( my current ranch residence and a rental property) as well as had her help my brother in law buy a condo. All perfect transactions. My brother in law was using a different agent and getting no where and the I got Karen involved and soon after he was closing on a great new place he loves. I have referred her to both family and coworkers with perfect results. She even helped with finding financing and repairs. If you are using someone else and not getting anywhere call Karen and start packing.
