She never stops working for you. Always has the answer or a way to get it. I have purchased two homes with her ( my current ranch residence and a rental property) as well as had her help my brother in law buy a condo. All perfect transactions. My brother in law was using a different agent and getting no where and the I got Karen involved and soon after he was closing on a great new place he loves.
