Karen was amazing to work with! She knows the area well and was available for us at the drop of a hat. She has the ability to make you feel like her only client and treats you like family, doing everything in her power to make sure you aren’t overpaying for your dream home (even in a market that has been hot hot hot). I seriously cannot recommend her enough!!

The property that Karen sold had been the site of my childhood home, which sadly was burned in the Thomas fire. Needless to say, the property had strong emotions associated with it. Karen was very sensitive, responsive and professional from start to finish. She readily took on duties that I considered above and beyond those strictly necessary for the sale of the property. Karen's knowledge of the housing market in the Ventura area was very helpful. The undeveloped lot in Ojai was more of a challenge due to a lack of comparable properties but even there her knowledge of the process was helpful in obtaining an acceptable offer.
