The property that Karen sold had been the site of my childhood home, which sadly was burned in the Thomas fire. Needless to say, the property had strong emotions associated with it. Karen's knowledge of the housing market in the Ventura area was very helpful. The undeveloped lot in Ojai was more of a challenge due to a lack of comparable properties but even there her knowledge of the process was helpful in obtaining an acceptable offer.

Karren Davidson is Fantastic! I met her quite by chance when I was driving around looking for a place to live. She went Above & Beyond to find me the perfect place.
