Karen Chiodo- Realtor- Team Lead ChiodoTeam
Karen has been licensed since 2004 and was the founding member of the ChiodoTeam. Ralph joined her in 2006 as the team began to grow. She once handled a massive REO portfolio, selling up to 300 properties a year for all private and government owned institutions. She is currently a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Professional and has completed the coursework to become an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist. This also allows her to market homes in all price ranges to stand out among the competition. Her design and staging expertise are great assets when preparing homes for her clients. She loves working with relocation sellers and buyers and helps make the process of a huge move easy and enjoyable for her clients so that they can focus on what they need to. Her organization, staging, negotiating and people skills work to get deals to the table and all parties happy. Karen has always been involved in the community both personally and professionally. She has been on the board of the local soccer club, the private swim club and the PTA of her daughters’ schools. She organized a team for the Relay for Life to honor her mom and sister and raise money for the fight against cancer. She has been part of agent leadership committees and helped in training classes as well. Karen loves doing what she does and cannot wait to help you!
Ralph and Karen met in high school and have been married for almost 37 years now, working together for the last 20+ years on the Chiodoteam. They have also started dipping their toes into rehabbing some homes that need love and bringing them back to life so another family can make memories in them. They believe in giving back and they strive to work with local businesses to keep their community strong. They have recently started working with Meals on Wheels in their community as well. Ralph and Karen enjoy going for walks with their rescue puppy Bentley, a great glass of wine and cooking ,or rather eating out and road trips in their new fun car! They work well together and love learning new things to help them to help their clients. Their motto is simple: “Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you’ll look back and realize they were the big things”.
