Totally outstanding person. Took hold and never let go from the first phone call all the way through the process and beyond.

I initially talked to Karen on the night of the 4th of July, and even though it was a holiday she was very friendly and professional. She immediately starting sending me listings that fit my needs. Within a month or 2 I had the place we wanted. She acted swiftly to get things set up to view property remotely and then in person. Not only did she help me with the property, she also provided the local information to me to have all of my utilities turned on (since I am not from that area). She was also a great advocate for us. It is difficult purchasing a home when you are not from that area or in another town. Karen definitely went above and beyond. I would gladly recommend her to anyone!!
