5 STARS for Kara. We had the pleasure of working with her 2 years ago with the purchase of our first home. We decided at the end of 2021 that even though we loved our house it was time to upgrade to something a little bigger. We immediately called Kara and she got to work right away! We needed the proceeds of the sale to buy a new home and Kara explained to us all our options and we proceeded with listing our home. We were able to sell our house for 45k over ask and even got the buyers to take over our solar loan! Then we had to find a new house. We found our dream home a couple weeks later and got our offer accepted even though it was contingent on selling! Wow! We followed Kara’s advice and got exactly what we wanted and more. Kara is always attentive, responsive, explains what is happening, friendly and she knows what she is doing. We are very lucky to have found her. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs/wants an agent who will go above and beyond for their clients.

Very helpful in all aspects as if she was the one purchasing the house. Always had solutions for the issues that presented themselves. Never gave up even though this market is crazy. Best experience ever.

Where do we begin. Selling your house can be a scary and challenging time. There were so many details to think about and our home was owned by 2 trusts. After interviewing several real estate agents we chose Kara, because she was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and caring. Her team of people, including the title company, escrow company, painter, termite repair, plumber, electrical, staging, etc. were excellent, very helpful and competitively priced. Kara advised that we do some cosmetic upgrades and staging, and in the end, it was very good advice. She organized and scheduled all the work very efficiently (she even ordered all the appliances and arranged for them to be installed). She was always in contact with us to discuss details. With every issue that came up she had an answer. In the end, we were able to sell our home for much more than we ever thought. There are a million real estate agents…..only one Kara Courtney!
