Kara was AMAZING! I was a first time buyer last year when I worked with her. I work two jobs which made it hard for us to meet up, but she worked around MY schedual, and always had a great attitude about doing so even though it meant meeting me early in the morning, on my lunch break or late into the evening to look at homes. When I did decide on a home, even though it was well out of her way, she came up to my job to bring paperwork that I needed to sign so that I wasn't inconvenienced. She made sure that I understood the process, and worked very closely with my Broker to make sure that we stayed within a budget that I was comfortable with. Kara made me think about things that I normally would not have, like cost of utilities, future property value and the importance of location. Because of her great work ethic and dilligence I am happy to say I am the proud owner of my "Barbie Dream House! I would difinitely recommend her. Kara made my experience stress free, educational, and worth my while.
