Kara is an amazing relator!!! First of all she is patient as I was one of those clients that had to look at every house in a 50 mile radius and we just about did.. HA! She makes a point to be available to her clients anytime as I work bank hours so we would look at night and weekends. Finally she found me the perfect home and was there during inspection and when the minor repairs that were needed to be inspected and fixed. I will use her for my next house and the one after that. Her knowledge is vast and you will be completely amazed when you hire her as well because there is none quite as wonderful as Kara!!!

Kara was AMAZING! I was a first time buyer last year when I worked with her. I work two jobs which made it hard for us to meet up, but she worked around MY schedual, and always had a great attitude about doing so even though it meant meeting me early in the morning, on my lunch break or late into the evening to look at homes. When I did decide on a home, even though it was well out of her way, she came up to my job to bring paperwork that I needed to sign so that I wasn't inconvenienced. She made sure that I understood the process, and worked very closely with my Broker to make sure that we stayed within a budget that I was comfortable with. Kara made me think about things that I normally would not have, like cost of utilities, future property value and the importance of location. Because of her great work ethic and dilligence I am happy to say I am the proud owner of my "Barbie Dream House! I would difinitely recommend her.
