Kandi was our agent when my husband and I purchased this home and because of her knowledge and experience...we knew we would want her to be there when we decided to sell. We started working with her several months prior to our listing goal and she helped us step by step...preparing and prioritizing what needed to be done so we would not get overwhelmed. We're currently in a rental while we search for our "forever" home to be closer to kids and grand babies and Kandi will again..be part of our next chapter.
