Kalia Rork

Kalia has been so great with our real estate needs! Most recently, she helped us sell our condo in Carpinteria quickly at a good price. She was very proactive and did incredible marketing. After seeing the place staged and the work done by the photographer and videographer, we almost wanted to move back in! What I most appreciate about her is her straightforward communication that comes from her local knowledge and experience.

We feel very lucky to have found Kalia. She went above and beyond in so many ways, and she was committed to our house sale and our overall experience every step of the way. Not only does she have a contagious passion for her job -- a passion that helped us become more enthusiastic along the way -- but she's extremely good at what she does. We carefully followed every suggestion she made for getting the house ready to sell, and it sold after only four days on the market. Of course, I know there are market factors out of anyone's control that affect how fast a house sells, but she put us in the best possible position to succeed. There's no way we would have sold it that fast if we hadn't received her help (and followed her advice) in prepping the house. Kalia was a godsend.
