Kaley is very knowledgeable about everything she does, from the housing market to assisting you in choosing the right house for you and your family! Buying a house is very stressful and Kaley was always there to help me and/or talk me through the stressors! Any time I had questions she always had the answers! She asks exactly what you’re looking for and wanting in a house and is right there with you to help you through every step in finding what fits your needs/wants. She’s very honest and upfront with you and I loved that about her!! Anyone who has Kaley as their realtor definitely will NOT regret it as she is very dedicated to her job and getting done what you want/need!!

I initially reached out to Kaley back in 2020 when I believed I would be starting to try and look for a home. I was out of work due to the pandemic soon after, causing me to end her services early. I had felt I wasted her time, but she was very empathetic and said she was eager to help find me and my wife a home in hopes that my family would grow and the house with it. She promised to be there for me whenever I was ready again. 3 years later, 2023, I reached out to her asking if she would like to start all over again, and within 24 hours she was back at my doorstep as if we never stopped. This time, my wife was about to have our son and my career had grown, so I felt I needed to find a home and fast pre delivery. Everyday she checked up on me, and asked how my wife was feeling. She let us go at our own pace, and always answered all of our confusing questions. About a month later, we found a new build, which comes with extra fees and stuff I know nothing about. She was on the phone fighting for so many different things with the lender (Lennar) and ultimately got me money off my closing costs, contingency agreements while I was finishing my paperwork, even the color of my new kitchen cabinets haha. We bought our house in late December 2023, and it's beautiful. She was there every step of the way. She is so thoughtful and such an absolute sweetheart. She was there for me whenever we needed her, and she was patient with me through my hard times. She kept her promise. My wife and son now have a beautiful home to wake up in and it is all thanks to her. I would recommend her to anyone. She's is an amazing human being all around and always a pleasure to be around.

Kaley made our first home buying experience the best! Throughout our home buying process she really made sure to understand our preferences & lifestyle to help us find a great family home. With that being said she made sure to answer any and all questions we had, & got back to us in a timely matter via call/txt/email. She was very communicative & made sure to explain everything thoroughly. You can tell she is exceedingly knowledgeable with our current market & definitely knows how to negotiate which helped us out a ton in plenty areas with buying this home! Kaley was so so helpful with the sale of our house. She walked us through every step and clearly knows her stuff. Every piece of paperwork we had to sign, she explained thoroughly so we would know exactly what we were signing. She was able to work around our schedule which was great and made sure our house looked great for the sale and walk-throughs. She also was available any time of day to talk on the phone too so we knew where we were in the process and what needed to be done. If I ever need to buy or sell in Vegas again, I will for sure do so with Kaley! No one else could live up to the standard she set.
