About Kaitlin

Kaitlin is no stranger to the Florida lifestyle, moving to Naples when she was 10 years old, Kaitlin grew up basically a local. Kaitlin graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2020, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. After graduating, Kaitlin got her Real Estate Sales License and started selling houses throughout Southwest Florida. Most recently, Kaitlin obtained her Real Estate Appraiser Trainee License in 2022 and started working full-time at Carroll and Carroll. Known as detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and a calming presence, Kaitlin finds great joy in playing an important role in people’s lives via the real estate process. Whether it’s buying a first home or finding the perfect vacation home to make memories with their family, Kaitlin strives to make that dream come true. Kaitlin is a member of Alpha Chi Omega and serves as treasurer of the Delta Pi Delta Alumni Chapter. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, reading, spending time with friends and family, and working out at Orange Theory Fitness.
