She and her team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to make the process smooth. Purchase of home went smoothly, with Monica Shea & Team. Great guidance on process, kept me informed every step, and made sell/buy closings work perfectly. Monica was always available for questions and showings in the lead-up to finding a home in my preferred location. Monica and Team kept communication flowing between all entities to reach an easy & successful buy! Post-buy advice on vendors was available & valuable, too! I’ll be happy to work with her and team in future.

When I first met Monica, I was at the end of my rope. Extremely stressed, working full time, taking care of family and going back to school. The market was iffy, and I had been dealing with shady contractors, realtors that seemed to not know what they were doing, and facing a difficult time in my life. I was told my home was only good for investors and would lose money selling it. Then I met Monica. The first thing she did was give me a hug and tell me it was going to be ok. And somehow, she made it ok. Her calmness, confidence and knowledge of real estate made one of the scariest and stressful times in my life one of the easiest. She was able to sell my home for full asking price 2 days after it went on the market. She took care of everything and somehow kept me calm, even with having extreme anxiety. She is friend, confidant, magician, and somehow her sweet nature also shows through as a confident powerhouse to get the job done. I’m truly blessed to have met her and her husband Ryan, and her assistant Nan. These three are a team I will never forget and I look forward to working with them again.

Monica was great with the details and helped us navigate all aspects of selling our home. She kept us well informed and was excellent at pricing our home for market. She arranged all of the repairs after inspection, left detailed instructions and delivered on everything she said. I was amazed at the whole experience and would recommend her 100% !!

Monica Shea is the epitome of professional realtor. Great evaluation of the prospective sales process, and knew the market perfectly. Got better than expected price quickly! Her staff is top tier and keeps the process moving. Would recommend!

We are transplants from Texas and interviewed a dozen or so agents and builders. From the beginning, Monica and her team distinguished themselves through their thorough understanding of the new state laws, neighborhoods, and what we were truly looking for in our forever home. We have closed on many homes but have never had our agent at our closing and final walk through. By far, Monica and her team stand head and shoulders above anyone else we have ever worked with!! We offer our strongest endorsement for Monica Shae.

Monica and her team were incredible!!! Her strategy for making necessary updates, staging, and pricing my home correctly in the first place were instrumental in my home selling in one day. Many other homes had been on the market for a number of days, and many had to drop their price at least once. However, Monica's strategy allowed me to avoid having the house sitting and potentially having to drop the price. Additionally, Monica's team did an outstanding job of quickly answering any questions I had and keeping me informed throughout the entire selling process. I highly recommend Monica for your agent.

I really can't say enough about Monica. She is the utmost professional, honest, detail oriented, hard working, a problem solver, and an amazing negotiator. It is so reassuring knowing that she is in your corner and she will always have your back in any situation. We've done 4 transactions with her and I wouldn't consider using anyone else. We've gotten above asking price and under contract quickly every time, and it wasn't because she low balls prices. She knows how to market and her business background gives her an edge. She treats her clients like gold and you will always be in her network family. Her team is simply fantastic. They are on top of everything and walk you through every detail. Nothing falls through the cracks. They are also some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Thank you so much Monica!

Monica and her assistant Nan are simply the best! Monica explains the whole process and keeps you updated on everything. Nan and Monica are a great team and treat you as if you are family. I highly recommend using Monica!

Monica is a professional, friendly and knowledgeable agent. My husband and I really connected with her on all levels!
