When I first met Monica, I was at the end of my rope. Extremely stressed, working full time, taking care of family and going back to school. The market was iffy, and I had been dealing with shady contractors, realtors that seemed to not know what they were doing, and facing a difficult time in my life. I was told my home was only good for investors and would lose money selling it. Then I met Monica. The first thing she did was give me a hug and tell me it was going to be ok. Monica and her team were incredible!!! Her strategy for making necessary updates, staging, and pricing my home correctly in the first place were instrumental in my home selling in one day. Many other homes had been on the market for a number of days, and many had to drop their price at least once. However, Monica's strategy allowed me to avoid having the house sitting and potentially having to drop the price. Additionally, Monica's team did an outstanding job of quickly answering any questions I had and keeping me informed throughout the entire selling process. I highly recommend Monica for your agent.
