She helped us set a competitive price for our home and was invaluable in negotiating the purchase of our new home.  We don’t plan on moving again, but if we did Monica would be our first call!

Monica answered our call on a Saturday night, Monday morning she was over and ready to make things happen! In 3 day all pictures were taken and the next day the house was on the market! 10 days later house was sold.
