From start to finish Monica was there helping every step of the way making sure the process was as quick and painless. Monica and her team had great communication and were super professional. They made sure I understood all of the steps of the home buying process. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and I highly recommend Monica and her team if you’re in the process of buying.

Monica and her team jumped right in, took amazing pictures of our home, fantastic listing layout. Monica and her team staying in communication, step by step. Monica was NEVER too busy to answer ANY questions, concerns, comments. Monica helped coordinate services for needed repairs, explained legal documents in detail. Nailed the price point (we were under contract in 2 days after listing). Fast closing. If I were to buy or sell, I would 100% choose Monica again, and again!

Monica helped us get into a townhome that kept saying “coming soon.” Had we waited I’m sure someone else would have snatched up our wonderful home but she made sure we got in the minute it was available and encouraged us when we wanted to make an offer right away. Ryan helped us see how great a home it was by pointing out things we hadn’t seen and relieved any of our worries about making an immediate offer.

This was the second time we have used Monica for to buy a home- the second time was as great a the first. Thoughtful, concientious and on top of things at all times. From Monica and Ryan to Nan in the office-- they are there to help you every step of the way and they treat you like family. Can't say enough about how wonderful they are.

Monica, Ryan and Nan --best people ever to help with selling and buying a home. They really care about their customers and treat them like family. Highly recommend Monica Shea and company for all your needs.

I cannot say enough about how great Monica was to work with. She genuinely cares about her clients, works SO hard, is honest & trustworthy & reliable. I never had to second guess or worry if she was doing all she could to help us sell our home. She is a gift to this world and we had the best experience.

Monica is a high quality agent that made the process of selling easy and stress-free. From initial meeting all the way through and beyond closing she was there to answer questions with expertise. Like the captain of a ship, she kept the transaction heading towards its destination no matter how calm or choppy the seas were. We felt throughout that we were being guided by a Pro. We would do it all over again if/when the opportunity arises.

Monica was fantastic to work with, always available to discuss things with us, and put in definitively good effort to get our house sold.

Monica is fantastic to work for, she makes everything easy and the process went so smoothly!

We got referred to Monica by word of mouth and we never looked back. She exceeded our expectations in every way. She was always available, always informed about any property on or off the market, always ahead of the game. She went through a lot of houses with us over the past 6 month to make sure we got exactly what our family was looking for. I appreciated her honest opinion and the fact she was so patient with us. Last but not least she went above and beyond in the last days of closing to make it as smooth as possible and negotiate the transaction with the parties involved. I can easily say she saved us a lot of stress and was always there with all the understanding and support we needed. We come in touch with real estate agents a lot because of the nature of our business and I am confident she is one of the best ones to find you a home, or list it for you. I would recommend Monica to my friends and happily use her services in the future myself if we need it.

Monica is a great agent and helps you through the process of buying and selling!

Wow! Worked with Monica to sell quite a challenging ex rental property whilst in another country! Every problem that was thrown up, as they always will, Monica swiftly and calmly deflected! Her team were there every step of the way - the whole process was seamless. I truly cannot recommend Monica highly enough!
