We worked with June to close on our house in March 2020. She is truly fantastic and took the time to only show us houses that match our litany of requirements (aka never wasted our time) and was never pushy. She was also very kind to my mother who also wanted to make sure we have specific requirements matched for our house. It was not easy to please all of us nor was it easy to help guide us right at the start of the covid pandemic. She took our concerns seriously and always made time for us. I am happy to have met her and even now continues to depend on her expertise.

I did not know her but was lucky to find her. We had a hundred years plus old house, located on a ridge with a beautiful view. She inspected the house, suggested almost complete remodeling of the interior and a new landscaping, made a detailed budget, assembled all the workers, signed contracts, bought the necessary materials, supervised and sold the house on time at a price I had not expected.

June was very thorough with our transaction. We executed our transaction remotely and she was very detailed in every step of the way. She was able to explain every aspect of the negotiations in the transaction to us in detail. We appreciate her time and effort very much.
