Julissa and Juan are a magnificent team. After I signed the sales agreement and furnished the necessary documents, I had a sales contract within 20 days! Even better, the sales contract was for more than the list price! They were excellent in keeping me informed all along the way. I would definitely recommend Julissa and Juan.

Julissa successfully sold my Miami Beach condo in a smooth, knowledgeable and professional manner. She worked constructively and in partnership with the buyer's agent to drive a collaborative transaction. I've known Julissa for many years and trusted in her ability to share open communication and complete the sale with passion, which she absolutely did!
Based on my experience I highly recommend Julissa to anyone either buying or selling property. We had our property listed for months with other agencies at some point and she was able to get it done in the quickest most professional manner! She has the knowledge, expertise and work ethic needed to close a sale. She effortlessly handled all aspects of the sale of our apartment, and I didn't have to take time off work or feel like the whole process was a drag. Julissa took care of it all. Definitely a caring, trustworthy and reliable real estate agent and you won't regret contacting her for your real estate needs!
