Julie is very professional, and does a great job coaching you when you are the seller. Our house was staged beautifully by Julie and sold quickly due to this, and her knowledge of the market, pricing appropriately. We had a very difficult buyer and she did a good job to manage them and their expectations. The last few days while wrapping up the sale, the buyer became even more demanding.
