Having spent almost 20 years in the Bay Area, Julie brings the warmth and grounded sincerity of her small-town Nebraska roots to everything she does. She loves helping people through the big, often emotional transitions that come with buying or selling a home, and she’s honored to be someone that clients can lean on during those moments.
Julie’s path has always centered around supporting others. In her Lake Merritt fitness studio, she coached hundreds of people toward healthier, more confident lives. As a longtime leasing agent and property manager, she learned how deeply a home shapes daily comfort and well-being. Those experiences naturally led her to real estate, where she joined The Grubb Co. in 2022.
With a degree in Accounting, Julie also brings a steady, practical understanding of the financial side of homeownership. She takes the time to help clients feel clear, not overwhelmed, about numbers, options, and decisions so they always know they’re moving forward with confidence.
What people notice most is how easy she is to trust. Neighbors, past clients, longtime residents, and people walking by her old Lake Merritt gym regularly stop to say hello, share a life update, or simply enjoy a moment of connection. Julie has a way of making people feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for.
Warm, patient, and deeply committed to her community, Julie helps her clients navigate life’s biggest transitions with heart and, hopefully, a little joy along the way.
