Julie was with us for every step of this journey. She spent countless hours showing us houses located an hour away from our current home. When we found the perfect home, she made the purchasing experience so easy and effortless on our part. When we listed our house, she again made that process so easy for us. She always responded quickly to emails and texts and answered every question we had. We were so fortunate to have Julie as our agent! She has answered all of our questions and gave us excellent advice every step of the way. Our new home is not local, but she took as much time as we needed to see all available homes in our new city. Closing on the new home was so easy. When the time came to list our current home, she assisted with getting the house ready for the photos, and did very impressive advertising, including tv, beautiful brochures and even walking the neighborhood herself with flyers to advertise the open house. We accepted a contract in six (6) days! She always returns calls, emails and texts immediately, and is ready to assist with any issues, such as mortgage loans, homeowners’ insurance, etc. All in all, she has done an outstanding job for us, and we’ve already recommended her to several friends.
