Julie Phillips

We really appreciate that time she put into helping us. I would recommend her to someone else 100%.

Julie was amazing at helping us sell our house and deal with our long contingency train, lol. She was the calm in the storm we needed to deal with everything going on. She is always prompt if not early, very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. If you want a great realtor who is the sweetest, kindest most wonderful person then Julie is the one! Thanks for everything!!!❤️ The Krieg's -The Krieg's

I’ve known Julie for more than 10 years. It was a no-brainer to go to her when I was going to buy a home. I initially started with a 3-6 month timeframe and it quickly changed to ASAP. She was the calm in the storm of my life. She referred me to a great lender, we saw houses with a perfect timeframe, and she helped me work out a great offer. Buying a home, especially your first, as a single woman, can be hard and you need the right support. Julie is your girl!!

Julie was referred to me by a co-worker, she was absolutely fantastic. Not afraid to tell us her honest opinion, as well as offering excellent advice, she successfully put us into our dream home, and has been following up with us to make sure everything is perfect! I highly recommend her!

From the very start, my wife and I knew we had the right agent. Julie was very open and honest about the process so that we could set our focus on what to expect. We had so many questions since we hadn't gone through this process as a couple before, and Julie responded incredibly quickly to put our concerns at ease. The whole process went very smoothly, and we couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone who wants a low-stress winning experience. She is not only a great agent, but she is a great human as well. Thank you, Julie!

Julie goes above and beyond and cares about her clients 100% and it shows! She will forever be our realtor!!!!
