Julie was awesome to work with, she did the leg work from the very beginning, presenting the comps in our neighborhood and explaining the entire process making sure we understood and we were comfortable from listing to closing. In a tight market we faced the excitement that we sold our home turning a bit of a profit to the nervousness of not knowing where we would end up! A few times my husband and I were like okay this is the one; when in truth we would've been settling just to have a roof over our heads. We almost talked ourselves into a 1970's split-level with floor to ceiling mirrors and a sunken bathtub in the master bed room!
