Julie Pearson

Julie is AMAZING! We bought our first home with her and couldn’t be anymore grateful! We met her at an open house and was very helpful with information we didn’t even know. We were going into the process blindly because our agent at the time didn’t take the time in the day to explain anything to us. Julie explained EVERYTHING to us and I mean everything . We left so happy and knowledgeable and more confident going into this. She would go above and beyond looking for a home that had everything my husband and I wanted. We didn’t have to sacrifice anything. We went from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom house thanks to Julie ! We highly recommen her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Met Julie at an open house and immediately clicked. Spoke to her about representing us to purchase our new home. She asked a few questions and within a few hours we had a list of houses to see. The experience from start to finish went very smooth thanks to Julie. I Highly recommend Julie Pearson to represent you for you home buying and selling needs. Thank you Julie

Julie was efficient and proactive. Her kindness and professionalism shone through each step of the way.

Julie Pearson is an outstanding Realtor and an incredible partner to work with. We recently worked together on a multi-step transaction involving a relocation from California to Las Vegas, and Julie handled the listing side as the second domino in a three-part transaction which was no small task! Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she did an exceptional job keeping everything on track despite the complexity. Out of all three agents involved, Julie truly had the toughest role, and she managed it with professionalism, consistency, and grace. Having a trusted agent in the California real estate market is invaluable, and I would not hesitate to work with Julie again or refer clients to her. Highly recommend.

Julie was great to work with and her zeal and tenacity to achieve your goals was amazing. Thank you

Julie helped us purchase our home and just recently, sell it! She has always had our best interests and preferences in mind and really worked hard for us to not only get the best price for the home we sold, but to find us a new one in our dream location! She is tireless at what she does and has a sincere heart for what she does. We highly recommend her!
