Awesome. Gets stuff done. Reliable. It is difficult to find an agent who really works hard and we lucked out with Julie! She is great. Arrives on time, gets me the info I ask for promptly and doesn't mess around. She makes other agents we have worked with look like lazy idiots. Julie is the agent to use!!
Julie assisted us in finding our home for our family. We were rather specific on what we wanted and she took the time to send me as many listings as it took until we found the best ones to see. She could tell right away when we walked into 'the one'. The process of being under contract threw some hard balls at us (which seems to happen when buying a home) that left us frustrated. Julie was able to jump in, assist and speed things up to get the job done by our close date. We are now moved in and happily enjoying our home together as a family.
