She is someone who truly is interested in what you’re looking for and your wants/needs for a home. I have bought many properties in my lifetime and have never been treated this good. Julie not only knows the market like the back of her hand she is totally looking out for your best interests at all times. At first we were a little nervous buying a home and not even being in the area but quickly realized we were in good hands. She actually helped convince us to get out of one particular contract, (Thank God) the final decision was left up to us but by following her recommendation we ended up with a much better property, move in ready and much less work. She went out of her way to help us with contractors, electricians, pool people etc. whom all knew her. Several of the contractors even commented she was the best in the area. They were all honest and dependable contractors. I cannot say enough good things about her overall work ethic and attention to details. We bought this investment property site unseen with Julie and she handled pretty much everything while keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process.
