The things I most enjoyed about working with Julie was not having to worry about anything. She made the whole process so easy and when problems arose was able to head them off or explain the issue to me. The follow up was amazing as well. After we had closed there we were still waiting for a permit for the roofers to make some repairs. 2 weeks after close Julie reached out to me to tell me the permit was approved and that I should reach out to the roofers to schedule the repairs. She did not have to do this, her part was done but she went above and beyond. Won't use anyone other than Julie
