Julie not only knows the market like the back of her hand she is totally looking out for your best interests at all times. At first we were a little nervous buying a home and not even being in the area but quickly realized we were in good hands. She actually helped convince us to get out of one particular contract, (Thank God) the final decision was left up to us but by following her recommendation we ended up with a much better property, move in ready and much less work.
