Real-estate at it's best

My wife and I had a rental house we were ashamed to show much less sell. We cleaned it up the best we could to make it presentable. We called Julie and within 2 hrs she was there. She assured us that someone would be happy to have our house. True too her word we had an offer within 48hrs and closed in 20 days. I called one real estate company gave them the address and they didn't even show. We have sold several homes over the years and when the time comes to sell another one we will definitely call Julie. We can't thank her enough.
