This was a very complicated sale and purchase as we had a buyer in South Carolina that had to sell their property in order to purchase my buyers place who then had to close on my place so I could purchase my dream home. There were a couple bumps along the way but Julie was always there for me making sure I knew what was going on and always having my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her and her team for any and all real estate transactions.

Julie recently did another great job for me! I had worked with her several years ago when I moved to Sarasota and needed a new home.
